On 160 m² of living space, the newly built holiday home offers room for up to 10 people and is ideal for families or smaller groups who want to spend time together whilst valuing stylish architecture and residential comfort.
The light-filled open-plan kitchen and living area on the ground floor forms the heart of the home and invites you to cook, eat and enjoy time together. White fir, maple and ash give the room a warm, natural atmosphere. At the long dining table with a view of the local mountain, the Kanisfluh, the day begins with an extended breakfast and winds down with good conversation in a relaxed manner. As soon as the weather permits, the generous terrace with garden becomes an extended living space outdoors. As a special treat, the lovingly designed playroom in the basement invites young guests to play, explore and retreat.
With five bedrooms, three bathrooms and two additional toilets, the house offers plenty of comfort – whether for families or friends under one roof. Those who start the day early can already prepare breakfast downstairs, whilst those upstairs can still sleep in peacefully.
In Catrinchen you live only a stone's throw away from the Mellau ski and hiking area, and you can reach the village centre on a short walk.

- Zufahrt bisschen schwierig zu finden zuerst (geht über Nachbargrundstück und daneben ist ein Privatweg!), Enge Einfahrt (Pfosten fast zu eng, etc.) und wenig Platz zum drehen dann (meist Rückwärts zum Haus oder wieder raus), Terrasse fehlen noch pasee more

Besten Dank für den Hinweis bezüglich der Sitzgelegenheiten auf der Terrasse. Das werden wir intern gerne besprechen. Ihre Anmerkung zur Zufahrt und zur Parksituation können wir gut nachvollziehen. Aufgrund der baulichen Gegebenheiten war dies leider nicht anders lösbar. Es wäre uns eine Freude, Sie bald wieder bei uns willkommen zu heißen.
